What cause are you most passionate about? Helping people find and develop their best selves: there are so many barriers that get in the way of people trusting, developing and finding their own happiness and joy through the work that they do. Unlocking this is my life's journey.
Tell us a personal attribute you are proud of. My ability to engage with a wide range of people, engaging with them and being curious.
What cheers you up? Music, different sound tracks for different purposes, but cannot live without it.
How do you handle akwardness in a social setting? Usually I try to find some common ground. I am naturally a smiley person so this is the beginning. Asking good questions and really listening, most people just want a chance to be heard.
What is your most valuable skill set? Kindness, strength and patience. I always try to suspend any judgement on situations, you never know where things lead you.
What habit or improvement are you working on? Saying yes to too much, I do get very enthusiastic and enjoy being involved. I need to make sure I look after myself a little more so I can do more
What's something you're really into right now? I am reading and listening to a lot on the work of Brene Brown on vulnerability. This is fascinating research that really distills a lot about us as human beings.
If your life were a movie what is the title and who plays you? The curious case of Cruz Miranda. Nothing to do with the story of that movie. I don’t see anyone playing my role except me.
What is your preferred form of communication style? Email or text. Although I usually like to meet people face to face first.
What is your idea of fun? Dancing all night and being the last ones on the dance floor.
