We have an ongoing partnership with AYLA Inc. and on this occasion we will be volunteering to spruce up the outdoor areas at their Opshop.

AYLA Inc. support a range of at risk youth located South of Perth by providing services for systematically disadvantaged people in our community. One of their key services is crisis housing and short term accommodation for displaced youth. AYLA Inc. wants to make the Opshop a reflection of community but at the moment the outdoor area needs some love and attention. 

So, we are going to transform the external areas of the opshop by weeding, building pot-plant shelving and general cleaning up. We'll even celebrate the our achievements over afternoon-tea at the end.

But, we need your help!

Indicative Schedule (may shift and change on the day):

• 10am: Meet onsite for briefing

• 10:30am: Work begins

• 12:00pm: Lunch (browse the opshop)

• 1:00pm: Work re-commences

• 2:00pm: Finish work (and maybe more opshopping)

Many hands make light work. We'll bring the experts, materials, tools and REQ vibe. Join us for the full day, or parts of the day - all support appreciated!... or just join us for some opshopping at the end.

What to Bring

Closed shoes (preferrable steel-capped), a hat, gardening gloves, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
