This event is a train the trainer session over dinner, leading up to a workshop on Saturday the 14th of April 2018 at the St Vincent De Paul Migrant Refugee Learning Centre in Nollamara.
On the 14th, REQ volunteers and friends will complete their 3rd single day workshop as part of an employability skills series for Migrant Refugee Learners from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.
The intention is for Trainers to partner with Learners during the workshop to provide CV writing skills with confidence.
Learning objectives:
1) Cross cultural communication with people from the Middle East - Facilitated by Layla Al-Hameed - Learning Centre Coordinator from St Vincent De Paul
2) CV and cover letter writing skills - TK Resourcing Adviser from Resources Sector
This community service is in collaboration with St Vincent De Paul.
