This meeting will be the second Strategy, Planning & Policy Committee meeting to plan for the 2023-2024 financial year.

Some of the topics we'll be covering are the future direction, management, culture, and leadership. This is an iterative co-design process, open to all interested members, chaired by the club President, and led by the incoming Board.

The Agenda for this month, starts where we left off from last month. Nothing is yet decided, most decisions will be made in the last meetings around May and June. To stay up to date with all the happenings, make sure to check the #strategy-committee-fy23 channel on Slack.

The session will kick off with some tea or coffee, and cake prepared by Melissa

Eating and socializing: 1pm to 2pm
Workshopping, planning and discussing: 2pm to 5pm
Lunch in Northbridge afterwards if anyone is up for it!
