The Craftanoon for a Cause project team will be meeting at President - Melissa’s apartment complex to trial the making of jelly art, in preparation for our much anticipated Craftanoon for a Cause fundraising event series!
This series of events will be for fundraising to assist various charities, with 90% of proceeds going to a selected local charity and 10% being retained by RotaryEQ for club expenses and other uses by the club.
The project team is volunteering their time for these fundraising efforts, which means the only expenses taken out of the revenue will be for tools, materials and perhaps for venue hire if we can’t get that sponsored or hosted for free.
The fundraising events will be ticketed for a minimum for 8 and a maximum of 12 participants, for the first few classes. We will hopefully add many more types of crafts to our catalogue!
If you would like to join the project team, or if you are a member of RotaryEQ and would like to join in on this trial, please email Melissa at president@rotaryeq.org
