Welcome to the first Squad summit for the 2021 Rotary Elizabeth Quay post-changeover year!
The REQoners, a proud squad formed on the edge of the Derbal Yirigan (Swan River), will be hosting this Summit which will be held both in-person and online - we welcome everyone!
During this Summit we will be taking a deep look at the challenges of homelessness and rough sleeping in light of the recent Homelessness Week focus.
This will be an inspired event that will celebrate recent project achievements, look forward to the coming few months of projects, and welcome our newest members.
Squad Summits are held every second month and squads take turn in delivering interactive presentations and conversations about our purpose: Inspiring and Facilitating Generosity. These interactive 1-hour meetings allow club members to celebrate achievements, share opportunities for volunteering, and understand how the club is progressing across our strategic aspirations.
During this event we will:
share who the REQoner squad is
play with learning
understand the homelessness challenges around us
celebrate generosity
look to our future projects
hear from our REQ President
leave you empowered to inspire generosity in the community around us!
