These catch-ups are like a homeroom to lay the foundation for a well-informed and fun time in Rotary, and give us a chance to get to know each other on a more personal level in a close-nit setting. Anyone from other squads, or even your friends are always welcome to join in.

Let's build upon the friendships we have in the club!

We'll have coffee and breakfast at Apex & Co to charge up for our day ahead. If you have a laptop or tablet, bring it along so that we can go through some Housekeeping tasks like:
a) the Member Profile Questionnaire for our website (if you are new); and,
b) the Membership Survey for our database and aligning projects to what members want (if you haven’t completed it already).

Mini Agenda:
1) Meet at Apex & Co at 7:00am
2) Order coffee / breakfast
3) Mini game
4) Trello and Slack etiquette (Optional, depending on if we have newbies joining us)
5) Housekeeping tasks
6) Set the next catch-up
