Rotary of Elizabeth Quay would like to invite fellow Rotarians to our first virtual quiz night on the 25th of April from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. There will be games, prizes, and an ANZAC themed dress up competition with all proceeds going to the Ronald McDonald House.
Instructions for attendees:
Organise a computer, laptop or tablet device which has a microphone and a camera. Logging in using a smartphone is not recommended.
Rotary Elizabeth Quay will email you by 12pm on ANZAC day with your "Jisti Meet" room invitation, no download required.
Log into your room early from 7:00pm to make sure your technology is working and so you can join the pre-quiz game. The quiz officially starts at 7:30pm

Choose a virtual scribe who has a smartphone to log into Mentimeter, so that they may answer the quiz questions on behalf of your team.
Enjoy the quiz. If you're not enjoying it, you're not doing it right.
For Group Purchases:

Select "As a group member"
Create your group
Enter a group name, and click "create group"
If you have a promo code, enter it and then select a Room number
Complete the purchase
Platform:
At 6pm on the night, you will receive an invite to the online Jitsi meeting - sent to the email address you bought your ticket with. If you have any technical issues accessing the online meeting, please text Melissa of 0430069925. Once you have logged into the main Jitsi lobby, we will invite you to join your allocated room with your friends.
Please note:
Participants will be in virtual rooms of up to 6 people each. You can purchase a whole room and reserve it for your friends, or buy an individual ticket and be placed in a room of potential new friends! When you purchase your ticket, let us know which room you'd like to be in.
